I love swimming, playing table tennis, dancing to disco music, and more recently, I’ve been learning the craft of making and handcrafting leather goods. I also enjoy reading and meditation.

In 1995, I first became involved in the real estate industry. My time in the business was brief because it required more dedication than I could give at that stage of my life. Back then, property rentals came naturally to me, while selling real estate was still something I had yet to master.

For a period of time, I worked in the sales of insurance, precious metals, and gemstones. Then, in 2022, I made the decision to fully focus on real estate and enrolled in professional training. The course was intensive but incredibly rewarding. Experienced industry veterans generously shared their knowledge and expertise. The training was offered through a U.S.-based real estate franchise with offices in Guadalajara and throughout Mexico.

For two weeks, we completed an intensive program of eight hours a day. Then came the real challenge: going out and offering my services as a real estate agent. That was when I began making greater use of my cellphone, social media, and networking opportunities.

After my first year, I started achieving consistent results, selling one property per month for three consecutive months. I learned that every home has a story, and in each one, the client is the main character. I also discovered how important it is to guide and support clients throughout the entire process.

Property leasing became another important part of my work. Managing contracts, overseeing procedures, and delivering properties on time and in excellent condition required significant attention and dedication.

Today, I focus on visiting and staying connected with friends, many of whom refer their friends, acquaintances, and properties to me. I truly enjoy what I do, and I live it with passion every day.
