I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Management. For 18 years, I have taught university courses in the Economic-Administrative field. I have 4 children and 2 wonderful grandchildren.

I love swimming, playing ping pong, dancing to disco music, and I am now also learning the craft of making and carving leather goods. I also enjoy reading and meditation. In 1995, I first focused on real estate. I was in it for a short time since it required more dedication. Back then, what came easiest to me was leasing houses, though I wasn’t yet successful in selling properties.

For some time, I worked in the sale of insurance, precious metals, and gemstones. In 2022, I made the decision to focus fully on real estate. I took the course—quite demanding, but enriching—since the “Old Sea Wolves” of Real Estate shared their knowledge. It was with an American franchise in Guadalajara, as well as throughout the country.

For two weeks, we trained in a course of 8 hours a day, and then came the real challenge: going out to offer my services as a real estate agent. That’s when I began to use my cell phone, social media, and networking much more.

After the first year, I began to sell one property per month for three consecutive months; “each house is a story” where the client was the protagonist. I learned that supporting clients throughout the process is essential. Property leasing was the other part of my work—handling paperwork, delivering properties on time and in good condition—which was quite a lot of work.

One day, I saw an ad on Facebook for “Ryan Donner & Associates, Ajijic.” I went to the meeting with Mr. Javier Martínez (now Riviera Nayarit Manager). We talked, and I liked his work plan as well as the pleasant work environment. Now, I dedicate myself to visiting and greeting my friends, who refer me to their friends or acquaintances and/or their properties. Today, I live it and enjoy it… it is my Passion.
