In his current role as Chief Operating Officer at Donner & Associates, he has been instrumental in the company’s professionalization, driving corporate policies, launching new business lines such as the insurance division, and promoting a culture based on ethics, innovation, and mutual growth. His most recent achievement in 2025 was securing the Great Place to Work® certification for Donner & Associates, and he is currently focused on refining operational processes to achieve ISO certifications that support quality, safety, and organizational responsibility.

Before entering the real estate sector, he represented luxury brands in international lifestyle photography, where he developed a strong sensitivity toward customer experience and the design of efficient processes.
