Hello, my name is Warren Wesley Weir. I am a young Canadian professional from Montreal.

I have always had a passion for real estate and an artistic heart. When I was 10 years old, I was already building an apartment on top of our large family garage.

In 2011, I bought my first condo in downtown Montreal which I had completely renovated and in 2013 I bought my first house to also renovate. Real estate transactions and renovations have brought me many life lessons, with constraints and additional expenses due to my lack of experience. With these hard learned lessons, I realized I needed the proper education to be able to live my passion.

For this reason, in 2015, I decided to start my studies in real estate; firstly in mortgage brokerage, secondly in residential real estate brokerage and finally in commercial real estate brokerage. A journey that is not always easy, but very rewarding.

Now with the mobility of being able to work from anywhere and virtual tours increasingly at the cutting edge of technology, I spend much more time at my home in Mexico. It is with pleasure that I have joined the wonderful team of Ryan Donner & Associates here in PUERTO VALLARTA, Jalisco. I am surrounded with experts in the field so that I can accompany and assist you with your investment.
