As the CEO and Founder of Donner & Associates, since 2019 I’ve been building one of the most trusted and dynamic real estate brands in Mexico. My mission is to empower real estate professionals to grow fulfilling, financially secure, and purpose-driven careers—while delivering world-class service to our buyers, sellers, and investors navigating Mexico’s property market.

I entered the industry in 2015, quickly rising through the ranks at Coldwell Banker La Costa and Timothy Real Estate Group in Puerto Vallarta before launching Donner & Associates in 2019. Since then, I’ve led our team to expand across Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Nayarit, Guadalajara, and San Miguel de Allende, blending deep local knowledge with international best practices.

My leadership extends to the national and global stage. I proudly serve as the Pacific Regional Leader for AMPI Global, building relationships with international real estate associations and elevating Mexico’s presence on the global property map. I also remain an active member of AMPI, NAR, and formerly FIABCI, contributing to compliance, service, and education committees to raise industry standards.

Lifelong learning is at the heart of my professional journey. I pursue continuous education through CONOCER certifications, state-sponsored programs, and ongoing AMPI involvement. This dedication informs our agent training programs, including Zoho-powered digital systems, courses, and coaching that prepare agents for long-term success.
